Weight does not order bag width. LEM MaxVac Pro+ weighs 88 lb for 10 in bags; MaxVac 500 and 1000 take 14 in bags at 17.22 lb.
MaxVac 300 takes 12 in at 6.4 lb.

With no preferences selected: Precision Vacuum Sealer Pro is one option to compare.
Your choices are compared with each model’s product details. A missing or conflicting value stays unknown and cannot satisfy a choice you select. The starting order helps you browse; it does not rate real-world performance.

Known maximum bag widths span 10 to 14 in. LEM's MaxVac Pro+ Chamber takes the smaller maximum, while its MaxVac large external sealers reach the larger maximum. Before buying rolls or pouches, read the required bag type and sealing arrangement for the actual machine.
LEM's MaxVac Go has an 11.8 in seal bar but an 11 in maximum bag width. That difference is why a seal-bar figure cannot replace a missing bag-width limit. Anova's Precision Vacuum Sealer Pro has no bag-width figure here, and this guide compares maker dimensions without running seal cycles.
An occasional sealer and a permanent station need different space
Weights extend from 3.5 to 88 lb among 9 machines with weight data. LEM's MaxVac Go sits at the lower end and its Pro+ Chamber at the higher end. Give a heavy chamber unit a deliberate place; for a machine stored between uses, consider how you will lift it.
Body footprint, lid clearance and room to support the bag remain separate checks. Weight cannot tell you whether the sealer fits beneath a cabinet or whether a filled pouch lies flat in front of it.
Food handling matters more than the motor figure
Extraction-rate information covers 1 machine, Anova's Precision Vacuum Sealer Pro. That is too little coverage for a pumping-speed comparison across these sealers. Power wattage does not reveal continuous-use limits or how a machine handles liquids.
Read the selected sealer's instructions for moist foods, liquids and pauses between cycles. A vacuum seal is not a food-preservation schedule: follow the food's storage and refrigeration guidance rather than treating a closed bag as permission to store it at room temperature.
Before you buy
Is seal-bar length the same as the widest bag?
Not on these machines. LEM's MaxVac 250 has a 13.39 in seal bar but a smaller bag-width limit, and the MaxVac 300's bar is 12.6 in. The bag-width setting uses the maker's width limit, never the bar. Power differs too: the MaxVac 1000 draws 880 W and the 500 draws 462 W. Five others take 11 in bags at 3.5 to 22.5 lb, and the 6.4 lb MaxVac 300 takes 12 in.
Will a wide bag fit inside a chamber sealer?
Width is only part of it. Avid Armor gives the USV20 a maximum pouch size of 11 x 10 in, so length is capped too, and the chamber depth and the bag material a machine needs are details to read on each chamber model's page, LEM's MaxVac Pro and Pro+ included. The Pro+ also weighs about five times as much as LEM's widest-bag pair, so plan where it will live.
Does a sealer here tell me how long food will keep?
It doesn't. These are machine sizes, weights and power figures, and none of them is a storage-life or food-safety promise, so keep to safe handling and storage times for whatever you seal. Anova's Precision Vacuum Sealer Pro gives only its 110 W power and a 12 L/min extraction rate here, so it can't count as a match once you set a bag width or weight.
