Found a wrong specification, a broken link, or a product that does not belong in a comparison? Tell us so we can check it. Corrections help keep the product facts and links accurate.

How do you email us?

Email corrections@havenraft.com to contact Havenraft about a product comparison, a correction, or a partnership. Reach the inbox at corrections@havenraft.com.

How do you report a correction or data error?

Havenraft uses published specifications to match products to your requirements. A wrong specification or model variant can change which products fit. Send the details below so we can check the source and correct the affected facts or links.

What to include in a correction report

  • The page URL where you saw the issue.
  • The product name, model, and variant.
  • The specification or link that looks wrong.
  • The correct value or link, with a manufacturer page or manual for that same model.
  • An optional note with any extra context.

Start a correction report to open an email with those fields filled in. Verified corrections update product facts and links. A corrected specification can change which models match your requirements.

How do privacy requests work?

Privacy questions about the bath, bedding, bedroom furniture, equipment, flooring & rugs, home improvement, and kitchen finders go to corrections@havenraft.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Havenraft keeps no account and builds no personal profile from how you use the tools. You can reach that mailbox at corrections@havenraft.com, and the privacy policy has the specifics.

How do affiliate and partnership inquiries work?

Havenraft participates in affiliate programs. Product matching uses published specifications and your answers; commission amounts are not matching inputs. Linked options are identified separately from other matching models. We accept no payment to reorder a comparison or add a product. The full terms are in our Affiliate disclosure. For partnership or advertising questions, email corrections@havenraft.com with the relevant program details.
