Fifteen sets say they do. Their stated pan oven limits run from 500°F to 1,000°F.
For covered oven dishes, the lid sets your ceiling: six sets give glass-lid limits of 350 to 425°F, lower than their pans.

Count the pans you will use, then count the pieces
Set sizes range from 5 to 19 pieces, with lids, utensils and storage accessories contributing to some totals. Made In Stainless Small Spaces contains a frying pan, saucepan and saucier with lids. Caraway Ceramic Cookware includes organizers, while its Cookware and Minis version adds smaller pans. Read the contents before choosing a larger set: a higher piece count can mean more accessories rather than more cooking vessels.
Induction support and coating are separate choices
GreenPan Reserve Pro is not induction compatible; GreenPan Valencia Pro is. Both use hard anodized aluminum with a ceramic nonstick coating, so a similar material description does not settle cooktop compatibility. All-Clad stainless cookware offers another surface choice, and Made In's larger mixed set combines stainless clad, ceramic-coated stainless clad and carbon steel. Follow the care instructions for each surface; dishwasher permission differs between sets and does not replace a maker's hand-washing advice.
The glass lid can set the oven limit
GreenPan Spectra Thermobond cookware has a maker-stated oven limit of 850 °F, but its glass lids stop at 425 °F. Reserve Pro cookware permits 600 °F while its glass lids permit 392 °F. Use the lower applicable component limit for the assembly you put in the oven. A mixed set's temperature figure cannot safely stand in for every pan, coating or lid. For heat distribution, food release and coating wear, the cookware contents, compatibility and care limits here have no measurements to offer.
Before you buy
What does the piece count actually include?
Pans, lids and sometimes tools. T-fal's 12-piece set is six pans, four lids, a spoon and a spatula, and GreenPan's 19-piece Valencia Pro is 11 cooking pieces and 8 lids, with 3 pan protectors on top. Caraway's counts take in storage organizers without saying how many lids there are.
Can I put the whole set in a hot oven?
Not every set has one answer. Made In's 13-piece mixes stainless clad rated to 800°F, carbon steel rated to 1,200°F and a CeramiClad pan with no limit on that page, and Lodge's cast iron set gives no figure at all. Both drop out once you set an oven minimum. There are 20 sets; 13 of the induction-compatible sets give a pan oven limit, up to 1,000°F on Our Place's Titanium Pro. Anolon, GreenPan Reserve Pro and T-fal say they don't work on induction. At 400°F, Anolon and T-fal have the lowest pan limit of the 18 sets that give one.
Which sets can go in the dishwasher?
Ten sets say dishwasher safe, though GreenPan's four sets and T-fal's still recommend hand washing. The three All-Clad D3 sets and Anolon are hand wash only, Made In prefers hand washing, and Caraway and Lodge don't say.
