Will a smart AC controller work with your mini-split?
Eight name mini-split and window compatibility: four Cielo Breez, three Sensibo and Mysa. Compatibility comes first.
SwitchBot Hub 2 alone states Matter support but leaves mini-splits unnamed. Find your AC in the maker's compatibility list.

With no preferences selected: Mysa MYSA-AC is one option to compare.
Your choices are compared with each model’s product details. A missing or conflicting value stays unknown and cannot satisfy a choice you select. The starting order helps you browse; it does not rate real-world performance.

Start with the AC's remote and the controller's compatibility
Infrared AC support is documented for 12 controllers here. Sensibo Air Pro, Cielo Breez Max and Mysa's AC thermostat also have mini-split and window-AC support values. Those category labels are a starting point: the exact air conditioner and its remote still need to match the controller maker's compatibility guidance.
An unknown support value is not a refusal or proof of compatibility. BroadLink's remote entries have no supported feature values in this comparison, for example. We read controller feature and compatibility descriptions without sending commands to air conditioners, so successful control of your model remains a setup question.
Choose a named integration rather than a general smart-home label
Sensibo Air Pro and Mysa have HomeKit support values; Sensibo Sky has a negative HomeKit value. Matter is a separate feature and many controllers have no supported value for it. A missing value cannot be treated as either support or a lack of support.
Sensors can distinguish otherwise similar choices: Sensibo Air Pro has temperature, humidity and air-quality sensor values, while Cielo Breez Max has temperature and humidity values with no supported air-quality value. Choose the integration and measurements you actually use, then read the platform and setup details for that model.
Resolve plan terms, Wi-Fi and power before buying
Subscription status is supported for 1 controller: Mysa, with no subscription required. The other entries leave that question open, so inspect current plan terms for the functions you want. Scheduling and geofencing values do not by themselves establish that every feature works without a paid plan.
USB power is supported for Cielo Breez Max and Sensibo Air Pro. Wi-Fi-band support has gaps too; compare the maker's network instructions with your home network rather than assuming a general Wi-Fi label is sufficient. Power, network compatibility and subscription terms are separate purchase decisions.
Before you buy
Do I need a subscription?
Only the Mysa states that it doesn’t. The other 19 don’t say either way, so read the plan terms for the features you want, such as geofencing, which 11 controllers offer. The other 12 state neither.
Which ones have a temperature sensor?
Nine state one: three Cielo Breez models, all three Sensibos, the Mysa, the Nature Remo 3 and the SwitchBot Hub 2. The Cielo Breez Lite states humidity sensing but not temperature.
Does AC support mean it works with Apple Home?
No, that’s separate, and a controller could run your AC without supporting your platform. Four state HomeKit support, the Mysa, tado and the Sensibo Air and Air Pro, while the Sensibo Sky says no.
