Two latex pillows allow fill changes: Coop Latex Adjustable and Naturepedic Adjustable Organic Latex. Loft adjustment differs.
Down and feather options have firmness chosen when ordering. Coop's 29 in length will not suit a 26 in case.

With no preferences selected: Latex Adjustable Pillow (Classic, Queen) is one option to compare.
If you choose 75% goose feather / 25% down for fill material, the first option with a product link becomes Natural Nights Classic Feather Pillows (Standard, Soft).
Your choices are compared with each model’s product details. A missing or conflicting value stays unknown and cannot satisfy a choice you select. The starting order helps you browse; it does not rate real-world performance.

Adjustable fill gives you a different decision from factory firmness
Coop Sleep Goods' Latex Adjustable pillow and Naturepedic's Adjustable Organic Latex pillow let you add or remove fill. Naturepedic's Organic Solid Latex pillow has a fixed molded core. Down & Feather Co.'s Original Feather pillow uses a factory firmness choice, so selecting Soft is not the same process as removing filling at home.
All 10 pillow configurations have a loft-control description. Those descriptions identify an adjustment method, not a measured pillow height. Factory firmness names are not standardized across brands, and the fill label alone cannot demonstrate support or relief from pain.
Pillowcase fit and sleeping loft are separate measurements
Naturepedic's Solid Latex Standard is 16 in wide by 24 in long; Coop's Latex Adjustable Queen is 19 in wide by 29 in long. Known widths range from 16 to 20 in and lengths from 24 to 29 in. Down & Feather Co.'s LuCara configuration lacks dimensions here, so the size name needs its own measurement check.
Use those dimensions for the pillowcase, then consider whether you want goose down, goose feather, a blend or latex. Fill configurations and pillow dimensions cannot supply a personal-fit verdict from a material or firmness name, and no sleep-posture assessment accompanies them.
Before you buy
Is one maker's Soft down pillow as flat as another's?
Not necessarily. Firmness names are each maker's own label, each down and feather row here is the Soft version, and no loft height in inches appears for any pillow. The fill power numbers in the names (650 to 1000 across Down & Feather Co.'s four down pillows, 700+ for Feathered Friends) are each maker's figure, and this page doesn't line them up across brands.
Can an adjustable pillow fix neck pain?
This page can't tell you that. The loft options describe only how height is set (adding or removing fill, a firmness chosen when ordering, or a fixed molded core), and none of that predicts fit or pain relief. One more gap is size: seven pillows are 20 x 26 in and the solid latex 16 x 24 in, but the LuCara 1000 Fill Power pillow gives no size, so it can't count as a match once you set a length.
