The 15XV and Model 1520 do. Model 1520 offers both 15 and 20 degrees.
For converting traditional 20-degree edges to 15 degrees, 15XV suits a whole set; skip it if you want to keep those edges at 20 degrees.

The blade’s intended angle comes before the appliance
Chef’sChoice gives its Electric Knife Sharpener with Diamond Hone a 20 degree edge-angle entry. Other sharpeners support a 15 degree group or a combined 15 or 20 degree group. Read the blade and sharpener instructions before choosing a group or intending to change an existing edge.
The angle control matches the whole description, so the combined group is distinct from the single-angle groups. Angle descriptions are available for 8 sharpeners; missing descriptions need resolution rather than an assumed angle.
Manual and powered stages change the task you perform
Chef’sChoice Pronto Commercial Diamond Hone has manual operation and 2 stages; Sharp-N-Hone has electric operation and 2 stages. Diamond Hone Hybrid has hybrid operation and 3 stages. Read your knife’s instructions too. Compare the operating directions, abrasive description and stage sequence for your blade.
Stage counts range from 2 to 3, without establishing that extra stages produce a better edge. No sharpening or edge inspection was performed for this specification comparison. Follow the prescribed blade-handling directions and supported knife types before use.

Why doesn't the 1520 match when I pick 15 degrees?
The angle choices are exact groups, and the 1520 sits in its own '15 or 20 degrees' group. Pick that option, or leave angle on Any, to have it count; the '15 degrees' option matches the 15XV alone.
What does hybrid mean here?
Chef'sChoice describes its Diamond Hone Hybrid as combining electric and manual sharpening, and both hybrids here have three stages. The electric models run two or three stages, and all ten use diamond abrasives, so abrasive won't separate them.
Can I use these on any kitchen knife?
Check your knife's edge angle and both sets of instructions before choosing a sharpener. The Diamond Hone Knife and Scissors Sharpener and the Model 445 give no angle, so neither can count as a match once you pick one, and the angle wording on the Electric Knife Sharpener with Diamond Hone and 250 Hybrid pages also names serrated knives. Of eight Chef'sChoice sharpeners that state an angle, seven sharpen to 20 degrees and two to 15 degrees. There are five electric, two hybrid and three manual models; two manual models give no angle.
