How the Knife Sharpener Finder (Chef'sChoice models) works

We compare published specifications; we have not tested these products.

Which details affect a match?

A model matches when its details meet every choice you select. Missing or conflicting values stay unknown. If nothing fits, the finder shows the closest option and what it misses.

  • Do you prefer manual, electric, or hybrid sharpening?
  • Minimum number of sharpening stages?
  • Published edge-angle options (exact group)?

Order and links

The starting order helps you browse. Your choices determine which models match. When the first match has no product link, the finder identifies another linked match separately. Commission amounts do not determine a match.

Sources and limitations

Ten Chef'sChoice sharpeners, one per model number, from Chef'sChoice's product pages on September 26, 2026. Operation, stage count, abrasive and edge angle are Chef'sChoice's own descriptions; the 15XV counts as 15 degrees because its page describes converting 20-degree edges, and two manual models stay blank on angle because their pages name none. We didn't sharpen a single blade for this page, so edge quality and speed aren't compared, and no model is placed above another.

The finder shows source links and the dates they were checked. Those dates do not establish today’s price or stock. Before ordering, confirm the model and variant on the seller’s page.
