The two-tier Y-Rack does. It takes 30.3 x 28.5 cm of counter and stands 35.8 cm tall.
For your shallow counter, Extend Slim is 23 cm wide; with almost no counter, Umbra's Sinkin rests at the sink on extending arms.

The longer body sides span 30.3 to 68 cm. Joseph Joseph Y-Rack occupies the shorter end of that measurement; Extend Steel Plus with Wine Glass Rack occupies the longer end. Extend Slim Steel is 23 cm across its shorter side, compared with 35 cm for Extend Max. Body dimensions and product descriptions inform dish-rack fit; drainage in a particular sink and stability with loaded dishes were not assessed. Expandable racks use their fully expanded dimensions here. Plan for dishes protruding above or beyond the rack, and leave room to lift them out.
Tall plates, drainage direction and sink arms need separate room
Joseph Joseph Y-Rack is 35.8 cm high, while Extend Slim Steel is 16 cm. Flip-Up has no upright height measurement here, so a height limit excludes it. Umbra Sinkin Multi Use needs a separate sink-support fit check; the body footprint does not show whether its arms fit your sink. A drainage spout also needs the intended orientation, not merely an empty patch of counter. Converted measurements are rounded; use the maker's original dimensions where clearance is tight.
Before you buy
How much room do I need above the rack?
More than its height. Plates, glasses and pans usually stand above the frame and you need space to lift them out, so leave a margin under a cabinet. The Flip-Up Draining Board is the one with no working height: its maker gives only the folded 2.4 cm. Y-Rack has the smallest footprint and is tallest of the nine racks with a stated height; seven of those nine stand 13.9 to 18.8 cm. The five Extend drainers are compared fully opened at 51.5 to 68 cm long and close to 31 to 38.7 cm.
Can I turn a rack sideways to fit?
For the size limits, yes: each rack's two sides are sorted into longer and shorter, so direction doesn't matter here. The drainage spout does, though, since turning a rack can point it away from the sink.
Which rack handles big pots or wine glasses?
Two racks are pitched that way in their titles: the Extend Max as a large drainer for cookware and the Extend Steel Plus with a wine glass rack. They're also the two longest racks when opened, so they suit a long counter better than a tight one.
