Water heating and electrical work belong together
BioBidet BLISS uses hybrid warm-water heating, while Brondell Swash models include tank and on-demand descriptions. Those labels do not tell you how long warm water lasts at your chosen setting. Power details are incomplete, so read the selected seat's electrical and plumbing instructions before arranging installation; do not infer that an unknown outlet value means no outlet is needed.
Controls are clearer than comfort predictions
PureWash has a side-panel control, while BioBidet BLISS has a wireless remote. Choose the arrangement you want to reach, then verify dryer, deodorizer and spray-motion features for the exact seat. Those details are sparse, and a blank value does not mean absence.

Is a bidet attachment the same as a bidet seat?
No. The Tushy Classic 3.0 and Tushy Spa 3.0 Warm Water are attachments, a separate product type from the 13 seats, and they install differently. Use the exact product’s installation instructions and fit notes before choosing one. Six seats state heating, from BioBidet, Brondell, Kohler and SmartBidet, and all but the Brondell Swash 300 add a dryer. Simpler choices include two attachments from Tushy and one non-electric seat. Will a seat fit my toilet bowl?
Only the six heated seats, BioBidet’s BLISS BB-2000 and Discovery DLS, Brondell’s Swash 1400 and 300, Kohler’s PureWash E590 and the SmartBidet SB-1000, state a shape, and all are elongated. The other nine, including every TOTO seat here, give no shape, and bowl sizes can vary within one shape, so compare the maker’s fit drawing with your bowl before you order.
Do I need an outlet near the toilet?
Four seats say one is required: the BioBidet BLISS BB-2000, BioBidet Discovery DLS, Kohler PureWash E590 and SmartBidet SB-1000. The other 11 don’t state it, which leaves the question open rather than meaning no power is needed, so read what the maker says about power before installation.
